Dedicate a weekend to a class series that’s designed to prepare you for an informed birth experience. Labor of Love is a weekend afternoon childbirth preparation class that covers: the stages of labor, comfort and pain coping strategies. Class will meet via Zoom for 4 hours, with one 15 minute break.
